Returns

Thank you for your purchase. Only items purchased on fridakahloperfumes.com will be accepted. If your items were purchased at an authorized retailer, please contact that retailer directly to arrange for a return. Items purchased on fridakahloperfumes.com cannot be returned or exchanged at retailers that sell Frida Kahlo perfume products distributed by Fantasy Fragrances, LLC. 

Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns under any circumstances.

Items must be in their original packaging including all plastic sleeves, cardboard boxes and covers in new condition. Items returned without this original like new packaging cannot be accepted and will be deemed used. The customer will have the option to pay for shipping to have the used items returned to them should Fantasy Fragrances, LLC receive items that are not in like new condition.

Returns accepted up to 14 days after confirmed delivery.

There is a 15% restocking fee on all refunded orders

All discrepancies, such as missing or damaged items, must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to info@fridakahloperfumes.com

Shipping fees to return items are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Any promotional discount received on your original purchase will be recalculated when the merchandise is returned.

If a product is defective, this must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

If the product is deemed defective Fantasy Fragrances, LLC will replace the product at no additional charge to the customer. Please contact customer service at info@fridakahloperfumes.com
