Frida Kahlo Perfumes - Fantasy Fragrances, LLC Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Frida Kahlo Perfumes - Fantasy Fragrances, LLC Affiliate Program! By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

To participate in our affiliate program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have an active account with GoAffPro or a similar affiliate platform we use.
  • Be approved by Frida Kahlo Perfumes - Fantasy Fragrances, LLC to join the affiliate program.

2. How the Affiliate Program Works

As an affiliate, you earn commissions by referring customers who make purchases through your unique affiliate link. Your earnings are based on the sales generated from your referrals.

  • Commission Rate: Affiliates earn a 10% commission on successful sales made via their affiliate links.
  • Payment: Commissions are paid out monthly.

3. Self-Purchases and Affiliate Commissions

To ensure the integrity of our program, self-purchases are not eligible for affiliate commissions. This means:

  • If you purchase products for personal use through your own affiliate link, you will not receive a commission for that transaction.
  • If you are an affiliate, your commission will only be paid on purchases made by customers who click on your unique affiliate link, not by yourself or any other affiliate.

We reserve the right to investigate and void commissions if we find any misuse of the affiliate system, including self-purchases or purchases made by close family members and friends.

4. Prohibited Practices

As an affiliate of Frida Kahlo Perfumes - Fantasy Fragrances, LLC, you agree not to:

  • Use any unethical marketing practices, including spamming, misleading promotions, or false advertising.
  • Make self-purchases or purchase for any parties connected to you to earn commission.
  • Manipulate or falsely inflate your earnings by using your own affiliate link.

5. Affiliate Links and Promotions

  • Affiliates will be provided with a unique affiliate link to promote on websites, blogs, social media, or other platforms.
  • Affiliates must not alter, shorten, or hide their affiliate links in any way that might confuse customers.
  • Any promotions or discounts offered by Frida Kahlo Perfumes - Fantasy Fragrances, LLC must be used per the program’s guidelines and cannot be combined with affiliate commissions unless specifically permitted.

6. Tracking and Reporting

  • Frida Kahlo Perfumes - Fantasy Fragrances, LLC uses GoAffPro to track affiliate sales and commissions. Affiliates should regularly check their account for updates and sales performance.
  • In case of any discrepancies in tracking or commission calculations, affiliates should contact us within 14 days for clarification and resolution.

7. Termination

Frida Kahlo Perfumes - Fantasy Fragrances, LLC reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these terms and conditions.
  • Fraudulent activity or attempts to manipulate the system.

8. Limitation of Liability

Frida Kahlo Perfumes - Fantasy Fragrances, LLC is not liable for any loss of profit or damages resulting from your participation in the affiliate program. We do not guarantee specific results from participation.

9. Changes to Terms

Frida Kahlo Perfumes - Fantasy Fragrances, LLC may update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
