Frida Kahlo Perfumes values authenticity and quality, therefore we offer our new clients a 14-day risk-free trial. We are sure you will love Frida Kahlo EDT, but in case it is not a perfect match you can get a full refund within 14 days from the date of receipt.

If you decide that Frida Kahlo EDT is not for you, you can contact us via email at Info@fridakahloperfumes.com within 14 days of receiving your first order to get a full refund. We will refund you for the full cost of the product less shipping, VAT, and duties. Refunds apply to your first order only, not any subsequent orders.

Only items purchased on fridakahloperfumes.com will be accepted. If your items were purchased at an authorized retailer, please contact that retailer directly to arrange for a return. Items purchased on fridakahloperfumes.com cannot be returned or exchanged at retailers that sell Frida Kahlo perfume products distributed by Fantasy Fragrances, LLC.

All discrepancies, such as missing or damaged and defective items, must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to info@fridakahloperfumes.com

Shipping fees to return items are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Any promotional discount received on your original purchase will be recalculated when the merchandise is returned.

If the product is deemed defective Fantasy Fragrances, LLC will replace the product at no additional charge to the customer. Please contact customer service at info@fridakahloperfumes.com.
